ANNIE’S PLACE CAFE

ANNIE’S PLACE CAFE

ANNIE’S PLACE CAFE

The café is open once a month on a Friday afternoon from 1pm-3pm. It has a warm friendly atmosphere and all are welcome to drop in for tea/coffee, cake, and good company. We have all covid 19 safety measures in place.

Between 2pm and 3pm we have a variety of activities week to week. These include craft sessions, singalongs led by Jane from the Glasgow high school and guest speakers. Please see our programme for more details. You are welcome to join in the activity or just enjoy another cuppa and watch.
We have a very friendly group of volunteers who are happy to help and always keen to chat and lend a listening ear.
For more information email Louise on louisereid52@btinternet.com

Some of our volunteers have trained with Playlist for life, a group who use music to people with dementia.  During Annie’s café there is  a help point to offer advice to anyone who would like to learn more about it, or get help to put together a playlist of their own or one for a relative or friend. Pop in to the café to find out more.
